Next time you are asked a question, as an audience member, by a presenter at an important meeting, what do they really want from you?
It's actually not your answer.
Accomplished communicators use questions to get you feeling a certain way in order to drive you to action. If want to get buy-in to your change message and people to do something, know just where you want to take their thinking and emotion about that change.
Then pose them a question as part of your communication to help get them there.
